Description

Stanlake Park Wine Estate is one of England’s leading wine tourism destinations, welcoming over 10,000 visitors each year. Conveniently located on the Elizabeth Line, our Wine Bar and Cellar Door is open six days a week, offering guests the chance to enjoy our full range of wines alongside delicious food and nibbles.
Crafted by our Italian winemaker, our collection includes whites, rosés, reds, and sparkling wines, as well as innovative styles such as low-alcohol wines, aromatised blends, and pet-nat – making Stanlake Park a true haven for wine lovers and curious explorers alike.
Beyond wine, Stanlake Park is also a thriving wedding and events venue, hosting more than 100 weddings, private celebrations, and corporate events every year. With luxury accommodation already onsite – and exciting expansion underway with new en-suite rooms – our estate is constantly evolving and growing.
We’re looking for a dynamic and friendly Cellar Door Manager to lead our front-of-house team and play a key role in shaping the guest experience at one of the UK’s most exciting wine and hospitality estates.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing, busy business at the very heart of English wine tourism.
