We’re seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable educator with industry experience and a strong grounding in global wine business practices - from marketing and branding to wine legislation, sales, and export. Whether you’re an experienced lecturer or looking to transition from the industry into teaching, we offer the support and professional development to help you thrive.

What You’ll Do:

  • Deliver dynamic, high-quality lessons that engage and motivate students.
  • Plan and assess to ensure learner success, from enrolment through to progression.
  • Lead curriculum development and help shape innovative, industry-aligned programmes.
  • Provide individual support through tutorials, tracking student progress, and delivering meaningful feedback.
  • Play an active role in marketing and recruitment events, promoting our unique offering in wine education.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to gain one) and Level 2 qualifications in English and Maths.
  • In-depth knowledge of the wine industry, including sales, export/import, marketing, and regulations.
  • A passion for teaching and student development, with evidence of delivering excellent outcomes.
  • Strong communication, IT, and organisational skills, with a commitment to continuous professional growth.
  • A team player who’s ready to make a difference in a forward-thinking and supportive environment.
