We are now inviting applications for the position of Wine Guru (Sommelier) to join our team. Key Responsibilities Manage and continuously develop the resorts wine program and cellar. Recommend wine pairings to complement dishes across our restaurants. Conduct wine tastings, pairing dinners, and interactive guest experiences. Provide training and guidance to associates on wine knowledge and service standards. Oversee procurement, stock management, and proper storage of wines. Stay informed on global wine trends, regions, and vintages to enhance offerings. Qualifications & Requirements Certified Sommelier or equivalent wine qualification (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers). Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Sommelier or Wine Specialist, preferably in luxury hospitality or fine dining. Strong knowledge of international wines, food pairings, and service techniques. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and educate guests. Fluent in both Thai and English (spoken & written). Additional languages are an advantage.
