As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly organized and proactive specialist to oversee operations, lead communications with vendors and clients, and ensure the flawless execution of our premium wine logistics services.

POSITION SUMMARY

As Wine Logistics & Client Services Specialist, you will lead the coordination of high value wine collections across international and domestic channels. You will supervise day-to-day operations, manage a small support team, and act as the primary liaison between our drivers, global vendor network, and VIP clients. This is a dynamic leadership role requiring hands-on problem-solving, client-facing poise, and the ability to anticipate and resolve logistical challenges in real-time.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in logistics, operations, or supply chain management, preferably in luxury goods or fine wine
  • Minimum 2–3 years of team leadership or managerial experience
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in English (native fluency preferred) Spanish (Recommended)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); CRM experience a plus Including Mac OS
  • Comfortable working on-site in Etobicoke and conducting off-site visits across the GTA
  • Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a client-centric environment
  • Bachelor’s Degree or College Diploma in a relevant field (Logistics, Business, Hospitality) preferred
  • Passion for wine or wine industry knowledge is an asset
  • In Office work, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities
  • Oversee wine collection and delivery operations, ensuring accuracy and efficiency across all service lines
  • Manage and mentor junior logistics staff, ensuring adherence to timelines, standards, and customer service excellence
  • Track, trace, and troubleshoot active shipments, escalating issues where necessary and identifying process improvements
  • Serve as point of contact for global driver teams and warehouse partners, updating records in the company’s CRM/database
  • Coordinate and approve client appointments, including cellar visits, pickups, and delivery schedules
  • Liaise directly with VIP clients and auction houses, ensuring seamless post-sale coordination and client satisfaction
  • Conduct site visits to evaluate and oversee wine inventory for client pickups or consolidations
  • Analyze operational data and contribute to logistics strategy, forecasting demand and suggesting workflow enhancements
