As Wine Sales Associate, you are on the front lines of the excellent customer service experience. You will greet guests on the station's retail lobby area as they wait to board our lunch, dinner, and legacy train experience packages. You will work in our gift shop, coffee station, and photo stations. You're friendly, energetic and professional personality will be a part of ensuring our guests' stay is a memorable one. To be successful as a Wine Sales Associate, we're looking for team members who take pride in a job well done. Your thorough work ethic will be a part of providing an amazing experience for our guests. This role requires, positive energy, attention to detail, team building, and a big smile. Previous experience in a retail position/customer service cash handling position is very helpful but not required. We are happy to train efficient, observant, and personable people who are proud to deliver high quality service. Drive merchandise Sales. Stand and move for several hours at time. Showcase lively customer service skills. Customer Interaction. Complete sales transaction using POS systems. Follow transaction procedures. Ticketing Items. Stocking shelves. Photograph & process customer photos. Operate digital printing equipment. Restock printing supplies. Operating Coffee & Wine Bar station. Must haves Available weekends At least 21 years of age. Sales Knowledge Retail Knowledge Wine Knowledge Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up 25-50lbs. Must be able sit and/or stand for long periods of time, and work on POS station for extended periods. $19.00-$20.00 (per hour) Offer & Benefits We offer a flexible schedule to fit our mutual needs; please expect some weekend and evening shifts. Responsibilities

The Wine Sales Associate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, greeting guests in the retail lobby area, and working across various stations including the gift shop, coffee station, and photo stations. Duties also involve driving merchandise sales, processing transactions using POS systems, stocking shelves, and operating coffee and wine bar stations.
