Good Food Distributors is a wholesale and distribution business supplying premium wine, beer, spirits, and gourmet food products to both foodservice and retail markets. Our wine range includes Hunter Signature wines and other carefully curated labels. Alongside wine, we proudly distribute brands such as Hunter Gold, Reserve & Signature Fine Meat products, Lavazza Coffee, San Pellegrino, and many more.

What You’ll Do

  • Grow and manage a wine-focused client portfolio, building strong, long-term relationships.
  • Seek and secure new business opportunities to expand our wine market presence.
  • Achieve sales targets for call rates, distribution, product mix, and volume.
  • Represent our wine brands at tastings, events, and client meetings, becoming a trusted brand ambassador.
  • Work closely with the Sales Manager to execute promotions, campaigns, and growth strategies.
  • Maintain accurate pricing, margins, and CRM records to support business growth.

What We’re Looking For

  • 4+ years’ sales experience, with a strong background in wine sales, retail, or distribution.
  • Solid knowledge of wine varietals, regions, and food pairing (WSET or equivalent certification highly regarded).
  • Proven ability to manage accounts, drive sales, and develop new business.
  • Professional presentation with outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and confident working independently in the field.
  • Tech-savvy with CRM and Microsoft Office experience.
  • A current driver’s licence and full Australian working rights.
