DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum 2 years of luxury experience in food and beverage operations and hospitality management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the wine program, ensuring high-quality service and wine standards.
- Engage and motivate the team to achieve revenue goals.
- Schedule, train, and motivate the team.
- Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate new ones.
- Collaborate with the DOFB / ADOFB and culinary team to provide feedback on regular and seasonal menus.
- Drive marketing/PR activities and wine promotions.
- Build an open and trustful environment where everyone’s opinion is valued.
- Coordinate personal training to ensure high service levels and productivity.
- Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Participate in employee relations activities and programs.
- Invest in team career development through coaching and training.
- Uphold the Golden Rule in all interactions with external and internal customers.
- Use your unique personality and service style to create memorable experiences for guests.
