DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Minimum 2 years of luxury experience in food and beverage operations and hospitality management.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the wine program, ensuring high-quality service and wine standards.
  • Engage and motivate the team to achieve revenue goals.
  • Schedule, train, and motivate the team.
  • Maintain relationships with regular guests and cultivate new ones.
  • Collaborate with the DOFB / ADOFB and culinary team to provide feedback on regular and seasonal menus.
  • Drive marketing/PR activities and wine promotions.
  • Build an open and trustful environment where everyone’s opinion is valued.
  • Coordinate personal training to ensure high service levels and productivity.
  • Lead by example, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
  • Participate in employee relations activities and programs.
  • Invest in team career development through coaching and training.
  • Uphold the Golden Rule in all interactions with external and internal customers.
  • Use your unique personality and service style to create memorable experiences for guests.
