Creating bespoke wine pairings and experiences for dinner and events Leading small group tastings and intimate conversations about wine Guiding guests through a list of 150+ old-world wines rooted in sustainability Providing warm, attentive service throughout the guest journey—from welcome to farewell Supporting wine education within the wider Food & Beverage team Developing your own wine knowledge through training and qualifications Who are we looking for?
