We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual to join our Grasslands location as a supervisor. This is a great position for anyone interested and looking to know more about wine, beer, and spirits!

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1-2 years of supervisor retail experience
• Completion of Serve it Right
• Liquor, beer or wine knowledge considered an asset
• At least 19 years of age
• Customer Service or cashier experience will be considered an asset
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to stand, walk, lift cases of wine ( 35lbs), and work with other team members in a fast-paced environment to provide excellent service
• Attention to detail
• Helpful, courteous approach to resolving complaints
• Must be available for weekend and holiday shifts

• Welcoming customers, answering questions, helping them locate items, and providing advice or recommendations
• Leading and guiding the other staff members
• Balancing the cash register and generating reports for credit and debit sales
• Accepting payments, ensuring all prices and quantities are accurate and providing a receipt to every customer
• Processing refunds and exchanges, and resolving customer complaints
• Confirming customers are of legal age by checking their government-issued I.D.
• Re-arranging, stocking of shelves and putting away product
• Other duties as assigned by Store Manager
