As a Winetender, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering the distinctive Domenico experience. You’ll guide guests through our exceptional wine selections, craft memorable tasting experiences, and provide exceptional service in an atmosphere that balances relaxation with refinement. Responsibilities include:

• Leading guests through wine tastings and recommending pairings.
• Managing food orders and ensuring every guest feels valued and attended to.
• Promoting wine club memberships, managing sign-ups, and facilitating club pick-ups.
• Enhancing sales through effective upselling and cross-selling of wines and merchandise.
• Contributing to sales targets and fostering brand loyalty through exceptional service.
• Maintaining a pristine environment and sparkling glassware that reflect our high standards.
• Supporting operations by restocking wine and merchandise, preparing espresso drinks, and assisting guests with purchases.
