Description

Maan Farms Estate Winery is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to keep our office running smoothly and support our management team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance multiple priorities with accuracy and efficiency.
In this role, you’ll manage a variety of administrative tasks, assist with schedules and communications, and help coordinate projects and initiatives. This role offers the chance to collaborate with our leadership team and play a meaningful part in the continued growth of the winery.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education in business administration or a related field is an asset.
  • At least 2 years of administrative experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Extreme attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks performed.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

    Pay: $19.00-$25.00 per hour
    Expected hours: No more than 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Prepare invoices, manage procurement and assist with financial reporting and budget management.
  • Assist company leaders in accomplishing their goals by providing administrative support and tracking progress.
  • Answer incoming phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
  • Organize and maintain the office environment, including managing supplies and equipment.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff training.
  • Schedule and coordinate staff schedules and assignments to ensure smooth operation of the winery.
  • Provide support for various projects and initiatives as assigned by management.
  • Assist with coordinating shipments and packing orders.
  • Ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information and maintain strict security protocols.
