Baileys of Glenrowan is an iconic Northeast Victorian winery, based in the Warby Range foothills at Glenrowan, Victoria. Originally established in 1870, the winery is steeped in history and heritage and is one of Australia’s largest producers of organically certified wine.
Baileys is seeking a proactive and safety-focused Winery & Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our passionate team. This role plays a critical part in supporting the Site Manager, Senior Winemaker, and cellar staff to ensure wine is produced safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will oversee winery maintenance, grounds upkeep, wastewater treatment, and capital works—all in alignment with our Site Environmental Management Plan.

• Maintain and promote WHS standards across all operations.
• Ensure compliance with PPE standards, permits, and safety protocols.
• Manage all winery equipment and systems (pumps, crushers, refrigeration, etc.).
• Oversee contractors and ensure timely, safe completion of works.
• Maintain grounds and amenities to a high standard of presentation and safety.
• Maintain Wastewater Treatment Plan and water supply to HACCP and HSE requirements.
• Assist Cellar Operations Supervisor, especially during vintage periods.
• Work with winemakers to ensure organic practices are followed and traceable.
• Drive continuous improvement and troubleshoot operational issues proactively.
