  SUMMARY: Join our estate winery’s culinary team as a versatile and hospitality-driven Line Cook / Busser. This hybrid role supports both the kitchen and guest service areas, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment, has a passion for food and wine, and thrives in a collaborative, guest-focused setting.   You’ll assist in preparing high-quality, seasonal dishes that complement our wines while also helping to create a seamless, welcoming experience for our guests during tastings, events, and private functions.   JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Prepare and execute menu items with consistency, quality, and attention to detail • Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen workspace • Assist with food prep, plating, and event catering support • Clear, clean, and reset tables during service to ensure a clean and inviting dining area • Support dishwashing and general back-of-house duties • Restock service items, glassware, and kitchen supplies as needed • Provide friendly, attentive service during events and tastings • Assist with setup and breakdown of events, wine dinners, and private gatherings   ONSITE WORK SCHEDULE: Workdays at the Tasting Lodge are Wednesday through Sunday. Work schedules may change over time based on changing business operations and needs.   JOB REQUIREMENTS: • 1–2 years of experience in food service or hospitality (line cook or busser roles a plus) • Passion for great food, wine, and guest experience • Strong communication and multitasking skills • Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and a team-first mindset • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and stand for extended periods • Availability on weekends, evenings, and holidays • SERV Safe certification is a plus   “Flooring Services and our affiliated entities are proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
