Job Title: Wingstop Team Member

Reports To: Restaurant Manager
Summary:
As a Wingstop Team Member, you will be an essential part of creating a fun guest experience.
Your responsibilities include taking orders, preparing food, maintaining cleanliness, and providing excellent customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and enthusiasm are crucial.

Responsibilities:

• Greet customers with a smile and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and cook menu items to Wingstop standards.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle cash and operate the point-of-sale system.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by providing prompt and friendly service.
• Follow all safety and sanitation procedures.
• Restock inventory and supplies as needed.
• Work as a team to achieve restaurant goals.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures.
• Basic math skills.
• Previous restaurant experience is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
• Ability to work in a hot and noisy environment
