Minimum Qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent. * Previous experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the restaurant or hospitality industry. * Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Basic knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working in a fast-casual or quick-service restaurant environment. * Certification in food safety or management (e.g., ServSafe). * Proven ability to lead and develop a team in a high-paced setting. * Familiarity with point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. * Customer service excellence with a focus on conflict resolution. Responsibilities: * Supervise and support restaurant staff to ensure excellent customer service and adherence to company policies. * Manage daily restaurant operations including opening and closing procedures, inventory control, and cash handling. * Train, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals and maintain a positive work environment. * Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation standards to provide a safe dining experience for customers and employees. * Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction. * Assist in scheduling shifts to accommodate flexible hours while meeting business needs. * Monitor food preparation and presentation to maintain Wingstop’s quality standards. Skills: The required skills such as communication and leadership are essential for effectively managing the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
