Gardenland Co-op is hiring a full-time Dairy Supervisor at the Morden Co-op Food Store .
Work Location : 945 Thornhill St, Morden, MB.
Shifts : 40 hours per week, mainly day shifts, and potentially some evening shifts and Weekends (no Sundays).
Work Hours : Typically 7am – 4pm (might vary depending on the needs of the department).
Status : Full-Time, Permanent

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1 year CRS or equivalent retail experience preferredSupervisory experience an asset but not required

The Dairy Supervisor is responsible for delivering service excellence, ordering and merchandising all dairy products, managing proper FIFO procedures to manage shrink and maintaining department cleanliness and housekeeping standards.
The Dairy Supervisor is a part of the Grocery Supervisor team and will assist in the Grocery Department when required.
The Dairy Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.
