Gardenland Co-op is hiring a full-time Shift Supervisor at the Winkler Truck Stop location.
Work Location : Hwy 3 & 14, Winkler, MB.
Shifts : Five 8-hour shifts per week, includes mostly day shifts, 1-2 evening shifts per week and a rotation of Saturdays and Sundays.
Work Hours : Shifts are 8 hours long and scheduled between 5:30am – 11:15pm.
Status : Full-Time, Permanent, Non-Management (position eligible for health benefits and pension.)

The Shift Supervisor will lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service and maintaining Co-op image standards. In this role, you will handle a mix of responsibilities, from pumping fuel and operating tills to merchandising, housekeeping, follow safety protocol and staff supervision.
The Gas Bar Shift Supervisor will live the Co-op Brand and strive to achieve and maintain positive and healthy relationships with co-workers and customers.
