Office Administrator
Location: 1451 Saskatchewan Avenue, Winnipeg, MB (onsite)
Position Type: Permanent Part-Time
Reporting: Operations Manager
Start Date: Immediately
Hours: Monday to Friday, 2:00pm – 6:00pm
Compensation: $20.00 per hour
SUMMARY:
The Office Administrator supports daily operations by handling administrative tasks, customer service, and internal communications. They manage calls, mail, dispatching, payroll, billing, and record-keeping using systems like TRUX and Ceridian Dayforce. This on-site role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
COMPETENCIES & QUALIFICATIONS:
- Possess a minimum of one (1) year of administrative experience related to the above responsibilities.
- Exhibit excellent communication (written, oral, and auditory) and customer service skills.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
- Be familiar with and/or have the technological aptitude to learn TRUX, GeoTab, and Ceridian Dayforce.
- Demonstrate abilities in managing time/multiple priorities with strict deadlines.
- Show strong attention to detail with proven problem-solving skills and accuracy in your work.
- Be able to work in the office (on-site) 5 days a week, as this is not a remote position.
- Be willing to travel to train and provide administrative coverage at other locations when necessary.
- Take initiative and can self-manage when appropriate.
- Bring forth a positive attitude and work well in a team environment.
