We are seeking a talented Analyst looking to take the next step in their career, or perhaps a Wintel Engineer looking for something a little different for their next challenge. This is a permanent role based in Adelaide. Responsibilities: • Security Patching and Preventative Maintenance in 100+ server environments • General level 2/3 Wintel support to multiple clients • Incident Management & Change Implementations • Provide on-going support activities for clients, adhering with strict Service level Agreements • Some eyes on glass monitoring & ticket creation • Working on a shift roster which includes dayshift, afternoon shift, night shift & weekend work. Key skills: • Experience in Microsoft security server patching using WSUS, SCCM or any other corporate tools • Demonstrated experience in the remote support of Windows Servers • Working understanding of Active Directory • Experience in ILO/iDRAC HW technologies - (desirable) • Experience in Virtual Technologies - VMware/Hyper-V (desirable) • Ability to resolve issues and handle conflicting priorities, as well as working on multiple disciplines concurrently • A positive attitude, a passion for IT and a mindset that can adapt easily to change • Strong attention to detail with meticulous follow-up and documentation As a member of the 24x7 team, you will enjoy the benefits of: • Exposure to a wide variety of technologies • Salary loading no matter what shift you perform (day, afternoon or night) • 5 weeks paid annual leave per year • Work From Home and COVI D safe practices employed • Shift roster is locked 12 months in advance, so you can plan around any shifts as required Due to Federal Government client requirements, applicants must currently be Australian Citizens and be eligible to gain a Baseline Security Clearance, DCSI Child & Aged Care Clearance & must have had a good credit history for at least 10 years.
