Description

Role: Wintel Patching & Basic Triage Engineer – Marvell Location: Bangalore Experience: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities * Perform monthly & emergency patching across Windows (Wintel) servers using SCCM/WSUS * Handle L1/L2 triage for patch failures, server alerts, and incidents * Ensure patch compliance aligned with security policies and remediation SLAs * Conduct pre/post patch validation and system health checks * Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and security teams for smooth execution * Maintain change records and support CAB processes Required Skills * Strong experience in Windows Server administration (Wintel) * Hands-on with SCCM / WSUS patching tools * Good knowledge of incident triage & troubleshooting * Basics of AD, DNS, Group Policy * Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident/Change Management) Good to Have * Exposure to Qualys or vulnerability management tools * Basic PowerShell scripting At Zensar, we’re “experience-led everything”.
