• Scripting with PowerShell – Level 2 proficiency
• Hyper-V Virtualization – Level 1 to Level 2 proficiency
• Dell OpenManage Enterprise (OME) – Level 1 to Level 2 proficiency
• OpsRamp Monitoring & Management Platform – Level 1 to Level 2 proficiency
