CGI is looking for enthusiastic and talented students for our SAP Developer Intern position for Winter 2026. As an intern, you will be called upon to support our team at the Global Delivery Center in Saguenay and contribute to delivering excellent service to our clients.

Responsibilities

YOUR FUTURE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Join the SAP development and evolution team
  • Perform technical analysis of client needs
  • Estimate development time
  • Meet client deadlines
  • Develop/improve programs while adhering to client standards
  • Communicate regularly with the client (email/phone) to provide updates
  • Analyze the impact of changes on the system
  • Optimize programs
  • Conduct unit testing on developments
  • Propose effective solutions to clients
  • Maintain documentation for analysis/development/testing
  • Continuously learn new technologies and respond to evolving needs
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with the team
  • Help improve work techniques

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS TO BE SUCCESSFUL IN THIS ROLE

  • Must be a student in computer science, software engineering, or a related field
  • Programming experience (an asset)
  • Experience in a project/operations environment (an asset)
  • Knowledge of databases (an asset)
  • Team spirit, analytical and problem-solving skills, autonomy, and initiative
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is required for this position due to the nature of the role, which involves interactions with both national and international clients.
