Department Description This opportunity is with the Market Supply and Distribution Quality organization supporting the US Local Operating Company (LOC) in GSK. US LOC Quality is responsible for critical activities to ensure supply of quality product to our patients in the United States. The team responsibilities include oversight of market release and product distribution to the US market, customer complaint management, quality incident reporting to the US FDA, management of product recalls, and auditing of third party service providers. Job Description This position would directly support the US LOC Quality Team in management of customer complaints received from the US market. This role will support general business operations by providing various administrative duties to support an individual, team or business process. Responsibilities may include management of return sample shipment to investigating sites, preparing customer complaint letters, entering customer complaints into the customer complaints management system, and managing the daily complaint report. Minimum Qualifications Pursuing a BS degree (Junior/Senior/recent graduate) in scientific or technical field (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering). Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite of tools, including, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Must be able to work full-time (35-40 hours/week) throughout the duration of the 6-month co-op (January ~ June 2026). Must have an active student status and/or within 12 months post-graduation from a BS or MS degree program. Post-doctoral candidates are not eligible.
