Description
Digital Media Department Responsibilities : • will be responsible for jobs related to audio and media post-production services. • Primary responsibilities include preparing and delivering media content. This includes Pro Tools audio sessions, video content, and media packages (audio, video, subtitles, and closed captions). • Utilizing various software and production tools to transform media to the appropriate spec (ProTools, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Suite, , etc.) • Pre-processing media materials for Feature and TV shows • Reviewing QC notes and troubleshooting • Updating workflows according to client specifications as needed • Continuously researching and identifying new tools and systems to enhance operational workflows Localization Department Responsibilities : • Responsible for the creation of English closed captions, SDH, English templates, Transcripts, and dialogue list scripts. • Annotate key English phrases to high-quality translation products. • Maintain quality standards for accuracy and speed. • Work specified on-call schedule, in addition to a regular schedule. • Perform different checks for subtitle files to make sure they match company and client requirements in terms of technical specs, sync with video/audio, and style guide rules. • Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you. • Must be punctual, dependable, and flexible and possess a team attitude and willingness to adapt to the constant changes in programming and industry. • Participate in training and development activities in the localization department within the scope of English Services. • Ability to quickly and efficiently proofread subtitled assets and effectively report bugs. • Report issues related to workflow, tools, or procedures and collaboratively work on suggesting solutions and developing ideas Client Operations Department Responsibilities : • Coordinate information and assets for teams • Liaise with multiple clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives • Maintain clear communication with clients • Make sure that client's needs are met as projects evolve • Oversee project procurement management • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise • Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants • Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans and reports • Perform order entries based on client requests and ensure final deliveries are within the expected timeframe • Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you • Perform other tasks as assigned. Technical Operations Department Responsibilities : • Inspecting linear media content (video, audio, subtitles, closed captions, etc.) to confirm compliance with client specifications and to note video and audio quality issues as well as perform checks for subtitles and closed captions. • Inspecting packages to confirm it meets client technical specifications before delivery. • Following and completing QC Checklists. • To be able to identify errors and artifacts and report these findings into a database system in a clear, concise and easy-to-read manner. • Work with the team to update streams QC workflows, guidelines and day-to-day practices to improve the overall quality and capacity. • Abide by security policies and protect information assets entrusted to you. • Participating in troubleshooting and Root Cause Analysis of rejections. • Duties require high level of attention to details, accurate and methodical approach to testing, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • To be willing to learn the internal systems and tools to do the job as well as being flexible to adapt to the changing landscape in our industry. Relevant academic background Fresh graduates and Gap year students ONLY. Advanced English (written and spoken) Good organizational skills (scheduling, time management, prioritization) Excellent communication skills Proficiency in Word/Excel and basic Windows/browser navigation and troubleshooting Preferred Knowledge: Familiarity with media production and/or translation workflows is highly desirable.
