We are growing and actively looking for people to work FULL TIME / PART TIME / SEASONAL for both the residential and commercial sides of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

· Winter maintenance experience.
· Experience operating skid steers, wheel loaders, walkway tractors, etc.
· Experience operating large commercial vehicles.
· Experience operating salters and efficiently and effectively applying product.
· AZ/DZ license is an asset.
· Ability to be on-call throughout the season.
· Ability to work independently or as a member of a team.
· Reliable and on-time.
· The ability to travel and provide own transportation.

Responsibilities

· Responsible for operating machinery and/or trucks involved in the overall winter maintenance of largescale commercial and industrial parking lots and walkways.
· Participate in monitoring of site conditions and proactive application of product regardless of the weather at the time.
· Apply salt and other snow melting products to all areas cleared of snow.
· Participate in the overall operations of the winter maintenance department by assisting in tasks such as refueling equipment, re-filling salt boxes, installing snow stakes, etc.
· Participate in data tracking pertaining to salt reduction, response time, quality of service, etc.
· Working in a safe and efficient manner at all hours of the day/night.
· Remain on call throughout the duration of the winter season and be ready to respond to winter storms.
· Work in cold and challenging environments.
