We are currently seeking full-time Reservations Agents to join our team at our downtown Canmore office for the 2025-2026 winter season, running from mid-November to April 2026.
There is also the potential to continue working with us during the summer 2026 season.
We are seeking a detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our team.
As a Reservation Agent, you will be responsible for assisting customers with booking reservations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
  • Excellent phone and email etiquette and communication skills
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with front desk operations
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
  • A self-starter who takes initiative and is reliable
  • A friendly and outgoing personality
