We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals for Seasonal Winter Services positions. This on-call role involves shoveling snow, spreading salt, and, for those with the proper license and experience, operating a truck with a snowplow. As a key part of our winter storm response team, you will be contacted prior to storm events to ensure safe and clear conditions at our clients' properties. This position offers flexible work based on weather conditions, perfect for those looking for seasonal employment with the ability to work during winter storms. Shift: Various shifts, depending on winter weather events. Pay: $25 - $35 per hour DOE Key Responsibilities: Shovel snow from sidewalks, driveways, and parking lots Spread salt or ice melt on walkways and surfaces to prevent ice buildup Operate snow removal equipment, such as snow blowers and shovels Safely operate a snowplow truck (if licensed and experienced) Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly when contacted for on-call shifts Report any unsafe conditions or equipment issues to supervisors Follow all safety guidelines and use appropriate protective gear Ensure timely and efficient snow removal to meet client expectations Why MSNW?
