Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

The successful candidate contributes to our key projects as a member of our Integration, Test, and Evaluation (IT&E) Cross Product Team (CPT) as follows:

  • Support development of Model Based Test (MBT) framework
  • Develop framework for automation of test plans and procedures to verify requirements in an Agile environment using Cameo model (Cameo/(Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS)/Jira)
  • Support documentation of implemented framework
  • Document, assess, and test deficiencies using the Lockheed Martin Canada Inc. (Lockheed Martin) Defect Tracking Tool
  • Participate in Release and Sprint planning, as required.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE ROLE

  • Proceeding in a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related engineering discipline
  • Must be willing to support schedule including evenings and weekends, if required
  • Must have an aptitude for solving challenging problems in a team environment
  • Must have a high degree of initiative and autonomy
  • Available for four months, starting January 2026
  • Must be able to obtain North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) Secret security clearance.

ADDITIONAL SKILLS DESIRED FOR THE ROLE

  • Familiarity with Microsoft (MS) Office suite
  • Familiarity with Cameo
  • Familiarity with Java
  • Familiarity with and JavaScript/Python/Groovy
  • Familiarity with Subversion, Git, or Maven
  • Familiarity with DOORS or DOORS eXtension Language (DXL)
  • Experience with AGILE Scrum methodology
  • Software Test experience, test automation would be an asset.
