Key Responsibilities: - Assemble wire harnesses according to technical specifications and blueprints - Interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate assembly - Cut, strip, and crimp wires and connectors with precision - Inspect completed harnesses for quality, accuracy, and safety standards - Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency - Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues Requirements - Proven experience in wire harness assembly or related electrical manufacturing roles - Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings - Proficiency with hand tools, crimping tools, and wire cutting equipment - Strong attention to detail and quality standards - Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination - Basic understanding of electrical safety procedures - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
