Perform wire harness assembly according to schematics and work instructions

• Execute soldering, crimping, and cable termination with precision and consistency
• Carry out potting and molding processes to protect and seal electrical components
• Fabricate and bundle custom cables and wire looms for various applications
• Inspect and test assemblies for continuity, insulation resistance, and mechanical integrity
• Maintain clean and organized workstations, adhering to housekeeping and ESD protocols
• Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and resolve technical issues
• Proven experience in wire harness assembly, soldering, and crimping
• Familiarity with IPC/WHMA-A-620 standards is a plus
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and technical drawings
• Good hand dexterity and attention to detail
• Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
• Non-smoker preferred for cleanroom and sensitive environments
