SUMMARY The Electrical & Contract Assembly Technician II performs intermediate-level assembly work on electrical, electronic, and mechanical components in accordance with technical specifications and aerospace standards. This role demonstrates growing proficiency in interpreting work instructions, resolving minor assembly issues, and contributing to process improvement. The technician consistently applies quality and safety practices and may assist in training less experienced team members. Works under general supervision. Uses judgment in routine tasks and may occasionally work independently on familiar assignments.
