We’re currently looking for sharp, motivated individuals to join our team as Wireless Customer Service Associates. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment and is eager to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative culture centered around performance and development.
As a Wireless Customer Service Associate, you’ll gain hands-on experience in wireless product knowledge, customer interaction, and sales strategy while building a solid foundation for long-term career success.

DESIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS OF OUR WIRELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE:

  • Previous experience in sales, retail, customer service, or hospitality is helpful but not required
  • A strong interest in wireless products, technology, and delivering value to customers
  • Friendly, confident communicator with a natural ability to build rapport and drive sales
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Comfortable in a goal-oriented environment where performance and effort are rewarded
  • Strong time management and multitasking skills
  • High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Attract potential customers by understanding their needs and recommending wireless products and services that best fit their lifestyle
  • Promote and close wireless service sales, while upselling or cross-selling additional features, devices, or upgrades
  • Process customer orders and payments, and provide accurate information regarding product terms, warranties, and service plans
  • Establish positive, ongoing customer relationships through open, honest communication and dependable service
  • Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales goals as set by the sales management team
  • Participate in Wireless Customer Service Associate team meetings, product trainings, and sales workshops to continually improve performance and customer outcomes
  • Stay informed on current promotions and market trends to maximize individual and Wireless Customer Service Associate team sales efforts
