We are looking for a dedicated Wireless Enrollment Ambassador to fill an entry level position working with customers to represent AT&T wireless services. As an Wireless Enrollment Ambassador, you will build lasting relationships and ensure our customers have a positive experience.
As a part of the Wireless Enrollment Ambassador team, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. The Wireless Enrollment Ambassador will be responsible for engaging directly with customers about wireless services, building relationships when presenting products, and driving sales performance for telecommunication services. WIRELESS ENROLLMENT AMBASSADOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in a customer service, client service, sales or technical support role prior
  • Desire to expand business skills into a leadership role
  • Ability to navigate tablet activity, Gsuite, and Microsoft

Responsibilities

WIRELESS ENROLLMENT AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build strong relationships with new and existing customers, providing them with personalized wireless solutions and ensuring they have a superior customer experience
  • Be knowledgeable in wireless products offered by AT&T to answer customer inquiries, concerns, billing related questions and more
  • Develop improved sales strategies aimed at boosting sales performance based on customer interactions
  • Keep detailed account management of sales transactions and customer interactions to accurately track sales performance and customer retention and follow up as needed
  • Ensure customers’ needs are being met by providing solutions to any questions or concerns they may have
  • Effectively communicate the value of wireless solutions to customers

This position is a full time employment position located in Clearwater, FL. This position is Monday-Saturday with an average of 40 hours per week working in a face to face role with customers.

  • Pay: 100% commission - $120-$140 per scale. On average a minimum of 1 order is completed per day per employee.
