SOSi is seeking a highly qualified Subject Matter Expert (SME) Wireless Network Engineer to support US Army requirements in the Europe & Africa Area of Responsibility (AOR).

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 10 years’ experience, or an Associate’s degree with a minimum of 14 years’ experience, or a high school diploma with a minimum of 16 years’ experience.
• An active Secret security clearance with an SSBI.
• DOD Cyber Work Force (DCWF) 441 Certs: SecurityX / CASP+, CCNA, CCNP Security, CCSP, GCED, GCIA, GCLD, GDSA, GFACT, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint for document management and various administrative tasks.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders and organize materials for In-Progress Review (IPR) meetings.
• Experience producing metrics and reports using Microsoft Office tools.
• Demonstrated history of discretion, independent judgment, and self-direction.

• Design, develop, and engineer comprehensive solutions to complex theater wireless network challenges.
• Review wireless solutions from subordinates and ensure integration of best practices across theater wireless solutions.
• Drive standardization of theater wireless solutions for all supported organizations.
• Oversee wireless systems management and integration functions.
• Manage and mentor subordinate personnel.
