We are a sales and customer wireless acquisitions business in the Raleigh area that is looking for driven Wireless Sales Ambassadors who are eager to start a rewarding career in sales and learn the industry of telecommunications. Our Wireless Sales Ambassador offers a rewarding position in developing wireless and technology knowledge, communication skills, sales development, the ability to negotiate plans and products, and problem solving for customer solutions. The Wireless Sales Ambassador will work closely with customers examining their wireless needs and the ability to serve them with the latest technology available.
We are seeking a Wireless Sales Ambassador to provide wireless sales support to our customers and strategic customization plans to the products we offer. The Wireless Sales Ambassador will work with customers serving them with superior customer service and promoting our mobile options with the utmost professionalism and building genuine relationships. The Wireless Sales Ambassador role also has training to continue learning new services and products as they come out so that our assistants are always up to date.

WIRELESS SALES AMBASSADOR QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, wireless department if applicable or a related field
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Motivated to learn more in this position and become a specialist
  • Ability to achieve independent assignments as given
  • Keep up to date with new technologies and can become tech savvy in this role

    Pay: $43,917.02 - $52,889.31 per year

Responsibilities
  • Identifying customers wireless needs and offering products and services that meet those desires
  • Increase sales by having a wealth of knowledge in this position on wireless products to be able to process orders for customers
  • Build genuine relationships with current and new customers, delivering a positive experience throughout the presentation of service
  • Collaborate with the sales team and other members to refine sales strategies and enhance customer service experiences
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activity to monitor sales performance and support long-term customer retention
  • Participate in weekly training and product development as needed on to stay up to date on wireless products
  • Identify questions and concerns a customer may have and offer personalized solutions professionally
