QUALIFICATIONS FOR WIRELESS SALES ASSOCIATE:

  • Previous sales experience preferred, especially in wireless or telecommunications.
  • Ability to work in-person with diverse customer groups.
  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

ROLE OVERVIEW: WIRELESS SALES ASSOCIATE

The Wireless Sales Associate works primarily in in-person environments. You will interact directly with potential customers, assess their wireless needs, explain product features, and facilitate the sales process from start to finish. The position requires the ability to work independently while maintaining alignment with Outreach Dynamics Group’s standards and the wireless companies represented.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE WIRELESS SALES ASSOCIATE:

  • Engage customers in-person with professionalism and approachability, quickly building trust by greeting and connecting to understand their wireless needs and preferences.
  • Manage the entire sales process, including accurate completion of contracts, activation of new accounts or upgrades, and troubleshooting basic issues during enrollment.
  • Clearly explain wireless plans, devices, and promotions, breaking down complex features into easy-to-understand information for customers of all technical backgrounds.
  • Maintain and update knowledge on wireless products, carrier policies, and industry trends, ensuring all information shared with customers is current and compliant with guidelines.
  • Track and report daily sales activity, customer feedback, and inventory status to management, collaborating with the team to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.
