POSITION OVERVIEW:

  • Employment Type: This is a full-time, permanent position
  • Compensation: Commission-Based

**On average, representatives earn between $50,000-$60,000/year.

  • Schedule: Monday-Saturday with an average of 40-50 hours per week
  • Location: This position is based out of our Anaheim office and field locations in Orange County as assigned.
  • Clients & Products: Promote AT&T’s wireless phone, internet, and telecommunication services.

This is a full-time, face-to-face, territory-based sales position, ideal for individuals eager to grow their sales career with AT&T’s industry-leading products while making a direct impact in the Orange County community.

Responsibilities

RESPONSIBILITIES OF A WIRELESS SALES TRAINEE

  • Engage directly with customers (in an in-person setting) to understand their needs and present solutions custom to their situation
  • Develop expertise, with help from industry leaders, in AT&T’s products and services to confidently close sales for interested and qualifying customers
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with both new and existing customers to build brand loyalty
  • Work closely with the senior and entry-level Wireless Sales Trainee teams to strategize ways to continuously improve the customer experience
  • Meet and exceed sales goals while maintaining professionalism and a positive demeanor

QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE WIRELESS SALES TRAINEE ROLE

  • A High School diploma / GED is preferred
  • 1-2 years of previous experience in account management, retail, customer service, or sales is a plus, but not required
  • A passion for sales and building genuine rapport with customers
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strong work ethic with the ability to adapt and thrive in a team-oriented environment
