As a Wireless Service Associate, you’ll work directly with our retail partners and customers to promote products, answer questions, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless experience. You’ll receive comprehensive training in account coordination, retail sales strategy, and customer service while laying the groundwork for future leadership or management roles within the company.

WIRELESS SERVICE ASSOCIATE QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1–2 years of experience in retail, customer service, or sales (training provided for the right candidate)
  • A friendly, outgoing personality and a passion for helping others
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Self-starter who is eager to learn and grow professionally
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • High School diploma or GED required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus)
  • Must be able to work flexible hours, including some weekends
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Wireless Service Associates engage directly with customers in a retail setting to understand their needs and recommend suitable products/services
  • Support daily operations and execution of promotional campaigns within partnered retail locations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date product knowledge to confidently answer customer inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retail staff, customers, and internal team members
  • Track customer interactions, sales progress, and feedback using company-provided tools and systems
  • Assist in organizing and restocking product displays, signage, and marketing materials while attending retail events/ pop-ups
  • Participate in team meetings and ongoing professional development training sessions with fellow Wireless Service Associates
  • Learn and apply retail account management fundamentals to help grow assigned retail accounts
