THE OPPORTUNITY:

Baka Communications Inc, has been a pioneer and innovator in Canadian wireless since 1984 and is Bell’s longest-standing dealer.
We are looking for a select few entrepreneurial spirited individuals who are passionate about selling to join our B2B sales team as Wireless Solutions Specialists to drive growth in the Calgary area. Excellent uncapped earning potential for the right individuals.
As a Wireless Solutions Specialist at Baka, you will further benefit from a back-office team and systems to support the sales and implementation process every step of the way, freeing up your time to focus on prospecting and building client relationships. You will also be joining a team who are committed to each other’s success, with peer support and collaboration.
With offices in Vancouver and Toronto, this will be a remote position focused on expanding our market share by prospecting, and building new corporate client relationships for wireless services in the Calgary area.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must be fluent in English
  • A successful track record in sales, with B2B experience preferred, with a proven ability to create and grow client relationships
  • Acquire and maintain a strong base of knowledge regarding customers, products, and applications, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to prepare proposals and present to executives and business owners
  • Full-time access to a vehicle
  • Well-developed negotiation skills
  • Experience in Solution Selling an asset
  • Experience in the wireless industry an asset

Responsibilities

As a Wireless Solutions Specialist your role would be as follow

  • Outbound selling and all forms of business prospecting
  • Develop and maintain a territory, submitting territory forecasts and business plans
  • Acquire and maintain a strong base of knowledge regarding customers, products, and applications, as well as the competitive landscape
  • Meet and exceed targets
  • Document all customer-related activities and opportunities in Company CRM database.
