Job Description The Wireline Field Specialist ensures safe, efficient, and reliable wireline service delivery at well sites. This role combines technical expertise, operational execution, and supervisory responsibilities to guarantee service delivery and compliance with SLB and industry standards. Roles and Responsibilities: Prepare and verify wireline tools and surface systems (logging unit, computers, sensors, hand tools, etc.). Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation plans, ensure compliance with HSE and service quality standards. Having basic knowledge of wireline control system, PCE (pressure control equipment), electronic-mechanical assemblies. Perform rig-up and rig-down of equipment according to company procedures. Execute cased-hole perforation using explosive charges and gun systems. Conduct plug setting, fishing, and mechanical intervention operations. Supervise cable handling and ensure proper explosive safety protocols. Secure and demobilize equipment; prepare job reports and participate in service quality reviews. Maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, and SLB teams; provide technical support and mentor junior staff. Provide input to management and peers to develop & maintain an effective and efficient teamwork within personnel and segment. Participate in HSE and Quality programs. Qualifications and Experience: Diploma or Bachelor degree in Engineering. Minimum 2 years of experience in wireline operations offshore and onshore. Ability to work under pressure, travel frequently, and adapt to 24/7 operational demands. Comfortable working in remote and challenging environments. Strong communication and leadership skills. Ability to writing and speaking in Indonesian and English effectively with managers, peers and clients both written and verbally. Indonesian nationality.
