YOUR IMPACT:

Pearce is seeking a dedicated Telecommunications Wireline Field Technician to join our team and help maintain and upgrade wireline telecommunication infrastructure. This role involves traveling to remote job sites, performing hands-on maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

CORE EXPERIENCE:

  • Background in construction is required.
  • Experience pouring concrete pads is a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to travel for work (typically up to 5 days per week; usually home by the 5th night).
  • Ability to work long hours when necessary.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, including email.
  • Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screen.
