JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for a Wiring Design Release Engineer to design, develop, and release battery pack electrical connectivity systems. This role focuses on harness topology, optimization, compliance with standards, and supporting product launches.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s in electrical, Mechanical, or Automotive Engineering.
4+ years automotive wiring design experience.
Hands-on with wire harnesses, FPCs, low/high-voltage connectors.
Strong knowledge of routing, shielding, grounding, and harness standards.
Proficient in MS Office with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Lead harness topology, partitioning, and circuit coding.
Develop and release electrical designs (wire-lists, DEF files, load analysis).
Perform voltage drop, circuit sizing, connector pin counts, and protection checks.
Optimize harnesses for modularity, manufacturability, and compliance.
Collaborate across engineering teams to integrate systems and support launches.
