Midwest multi-disciplined engineering firm is looking to add a Wisconsin Transportation Director to their Milwaukee team! Responsibilities: Business development activities including identifying and developing new business opportunities Mentor/train junior staff Assist other work discipline practice leads with their business development activities Assist with staffing needs, utilization, hiring, and training Maintain contact with clients to monitor client satisfaction and ensure their requests are met Assist with proposal preparations and project interviews Monitor billings/marketing expenses Requirements: B.S. in Civil Engineering 18+ years of design and project management experience for transportation, structural, stormwater, or general civil projects PE License for State of Wisconsin Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and proposals WisDOT experience preferred Salary is commensurate with experience.
