Required skills and qualifications

• Diploma degree in Chemistry, Molecular Sciences or other equivalent university degree
• Language skills: English
• Experience in classical molecular dynamic simulations using GROMOS
• Background in computational chemistr

Desirable skills and qualifications

• Experience with alchemical free-energy calculations
• Basic knowledge of statistical thermodynamics
• Basic knowledge about computational drug desig

• Molecular dynamics simulations of biomolecular systems
• Development of free-energy calculation methods
• Improved methods for alchemical calculation for site directed mutagenesis
