As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with delivering the stores financial targets and company key performance indicators, focusing heavily on creating a warm and genuine customer service experience. This role will also build a team that is empowered to exceed. Key responsibilities * Drive a customer centric culture, creating a warm and meaningful instore experience * Assist in driving sales, profit and productivity, by ensuring the achievement of all key performance indicators as set by the business * Supporting the Manager by ensuring the team have an understanding of all business objectives, with a clear focus on commercial acumen * Inspire and empower your team through collaborative leadership, training and development * Adhere to all company behaviours, policies and procedures * Embody our key cultural values of; Customer Obsessed, Collaborative, Inspirational, Responsible, Dedicated To Quality.
