Join our team as a part-time staff member and diversify your skills by being cross trained in multiple roles. Our part-time staff provide support to individuals accessing service within our Withdrawal Management and Treatment Services (WMTS) programs, as well as those who call our 24/7 Crisis Line. Within WMTS, staff are responsible for supporting individuals making changes to their substance use, including both those in active withdrawal and people farther along their recovery journey in our treatment programs. Your role includes monitoring withdrawal symptoms, administering medication as prescribed, facilitating psychoeducational groups, running social or recreational activities, helping clients make safety or support plans for their next steps, and assisting with their transition to ongoing services. When responding to the Crisis Line, you provide supportive listening, coping skills coaching, risk assessments, and safety planning for those who reach out for support.
This is a great opportunity to grow your skills and make a difference!
