Job Description We’re looking for a passionate student to join our Wix Enter Program and start their career in software engineering. In this role, you’ll work on real-world projects, dive deep into production-grade systems.You will gain hands-on experience embedded in our engineering teams, working on end-to-end features, cross-stack, from design to production, while using AI as a core teammate to design and build features that ship to over 299 million users. In your day-to-day, you will: Collaborate with experienced engineers to build scalable, high-performance systems Participate in the full development lifecycle, taking full ownership of complete features from design and architecture to production Build end-to-end features across the entire stack, including frontend and backend, as part of the xEngineering philosophy Focus on high-level human judgment areas such as system design, architecture, security, and scalability Master AI-augmented development tools and workflows to build your technical capabilities Participate in professional training sessions and technical workshops Receive personal mentorship to grow your technical and professional skills Qualifications Computer science or software engineering students graduating in January 2028 or later Familiar with at least one major programming language (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or Python) Use of AI tools (such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Copilot) on development projects Critical thinking skills to validate, question, and improve AI-generated outputs rather than blindly accepting them High curiosity and a proactive mindset for learning in a fast-paced, AI-first environment Passionate about software development and learning new technologies Team player with strong communication skills and a "get things done" attitude Contributions to open-source projects or interesting side projects – an advantage Additional Information We are Engineering at Wix – a team of AI-native xEngineers with deep expertise in frontend, backend, or mobile, who use AI support to take ownership over projects end-to-end.
