Job Purpose To support the operational efficiency of Watsons Online Wmall Marketplace by managing seller operations, coordinating campaign execution, and providing comprehensive support to all sellers to ensure smooth platform performance and timely issue resolution. Key Responsibilities Wmall Marketplace Operation Oversee daily marketplace operations including seller onboarding, campaign coordination, and product listing accuracy. Provide product guidance and onboarding support to new sellers to ensure alignment with platform standards and category strategy. Manage sellers’ promotions, enquiries, visual merchandising, and promotional content for online campaigns. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Online Business, Marketing, IT, Supply Chain) to ensure seamless execution of marketplace activities. Track campaign performance and provide post-event analysis and feedback. Seller Support & Operational Management Provide end-to-end support to sellers on platform-related issues including order and stock discrepancies, technical access, payment and invoice matters, and reporting. Liaise with IT and Finance teams to resolve system or transactional issues. Generate and review weekly sales reports to monitor seller performance and identify improvement opportunities. Requirements Diploma or Degree in Business, E-Commerce, Marketing, or related field 2–3 years of experience in e-commerce operations or marketplace management Strong coordination and communication skills Proficient in Excel, Reporting and marketplace backend tools (e.g., seller center platforms) Able to work independently and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including IT, Finance, Marketing, and Supply Chain.
