We are currently seeking an IT Support Technician to join our IT Department that is dedicated to keeping our engineers, field staff, and administrative personnel connected and productive through a wide range of technology solutions.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide Tier I Help Desk support to end users in both office and field environments
  • Perform physical hardware installations, repairs, and component upgrades
  • Offer software support for both standard and industry-specific applications (AutoCAD, Navisworks, BIM tools)
  • Support Office 365, Mimecast, VMware Workspace, and mobile device connectivity
  • Troubleshoot office equipment such as copiers and assist with external service coordination
  • Provide basic network and infrastructure support at multiple company sites
  • Help maintain on-premises systems including Active Directory, domain management, and virtualized (VSAN) environments

Who You Are:

  • You have at least one year of experience in a Tier I Help Desk role or similar customer-facing technical support position
  • You’re skilled in communicating clearly with both technical and non-technical users
  • You have strong organizational skills and the ability to identify and research technology gaps
  • You’re driven by curiosity and a desire to grow your technical skill set while knowing this isn’t a programming-heavy position
  • You are comfortable traveling periodically to satellite offices and job sites

What You Bring:

  • Associate’s degree in a computer-related field OR equivalent technical support experience
  • Certifications in computer technology, networking, or cybersecurity are a plus
  • Familiarity with desktop and mobile device support, networking basics, and accessory equipment
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed, and work hands-on with tech installations
