QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering IT supply chain projects, including WMS, TMS, LMS, and YMS.
• Proven expertise across software evaluation, vendor selection, and implementation phases.
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes and IT system integration.
• Excellent leadership skills with experience managing multi-disciplinary teams.
• Strategic thinker with strong business development acumen.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills in English; French is an asset.
• Willingness to travel (40–60% on average).

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Process & IT Practice. This role will begin with an onboarding period of approximately 6 months to immerse in Miebach’s methodology, clients, and service portfolio. Upon successful completion, you will lead a team of 4–5 consultants delivering end-to-end IT supply chain projects — from landscape assessments and software selection to implementation and continuous improvement.
The Delivery Lead will manage complex IT initiatives involving WMS, TMS, LMS, and/or YMS platforms, regardless of vendor. You will act as a strategic partner to our clients, guiding them through digital transformation and positioning Miebach as the market leader for supply chain IT solutions.
